Every Waen piece is made to travel safely and arrive beautifully. Below you will find our shipping options, rush order service, and our replacement & refund warranty for shipping damage.
Worldwide shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. If you need your order sooner, express shipping is also available for an additional fee.
Because our pieces are handcrafted and carefully packed, processing time and transit time are not the same thing. Your order first needs to be prepared, checked, and packaged securely before it begins its journey.
We do not believe in careless packaging. Glass deserves calm hands, solid protection, and a little respect for physics.

Shipping options
We currently offer two delivery methods for international orders.
Free Standard Shipping
Available worldwide on all orders. This is the default shipping option at checkout and is included in your purchase price.
Express Shipping
Available at an additional cost. If you are ordering for a time-sensitive occasion, this is the safer option.
Standard: 4–10 business days & Express: 1–3 business days.

Processing time
Each Waen piece is prepared with care before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the item, current order volume, and whether your order includes a custom or made-to-order piece.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order is dispatched, delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Rush order service
Need your order sooner? We also offer a rush order service for selected items, depending on our production schedule.
If you have a deadline for a proposal, wedding, gift, or special event, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know whether a rush timeline is possible and what the additional fee would be.

Proposals, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, travel gifting, and last-minute special occasions.

Rush service speeds up production preparation. Shipping speed itself depends on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Replacement & Refund Warranty on Damaged Shipping
We pack our pieces very carefully, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, we offer a replacement or refund warranty.

Is standard shipping really free?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available worldwide on all orders.
Can I upgrade to express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes, depending on our current production schedule and the item ordered. Please contact us before ordering if your deadline is important.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the damage occurred during shipping, we offer a replacement or refund warranty.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
All US orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid. Other international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on your country. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
